The Role


Your primary goal is simple: drive business forward by connecting quality tenants with property owners, building lasting relationships, and converting viewings into long-term tenancies.



Key Responsibilities


  • Matching high-calibre tenants with suitable homes across Walsall and surrounding areas.
  • Securing lets efficiently while maximising revenues across managed services.
  • Negotiating tenancy terms that protect landlord investments and satisfy tenants.
  • Conducting tailored property viewings that highlight key living benefits.
  • Identifying valuation opportunities to help expand the managed portfolio.
  • Guiding move-ins smoothly through to completion alongside the tenancy administration team.
  • Building strong rapport with local landlords to secure repeat business and referrals.



What Will Help You Succeed


  • Proven experience within property lettings or estate agency.
  • A natural ability to build rapport quickly and close deals with confidence.
  • A strong work ethic with a genuine desire to exceed targets and boost your personal earnings.
  • Great local area knowledge of Walsall and the West Midlands property market.
  • A full UK driving licence.
