Ready to take the lead in a successful estate agency office?
If you’re already performing well in estate agency but want more influence, greater earning potential and the chance to genuinely shape the success of a branch, this could be a very worthwhile move.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join an established estate agency operation in Stratford-upon-Avon.
This is a role for someone who enjoys winning business, developing people and turning opportunities into results, without losing sight of the customer experience that builds a strong local reputation.
Why this opportunity stands out
This isn’t simply a case of managing a diary and keeping an eye on the numbers.
You’ll have the opportunity to play a key part in growing the office, increasing market share and helping the team perform at a higher level. Your experience and ideas will be valued, and you’ll have the scope to make a noticeable impact on both instructions and revenue.
For someone who has reached the point where they want more responsibility, more recognition and the financial rewards that come with delivering results, it offers a strong next step.
The role
As Sales Manager, you’ll combine hands-on estate agency with leadership and business development.
You’ll be visible in the local market, building relationships with prospective vendors, converting valuations into instructions and making sure the team capitalises on every opportunity that comes through the door.
Just as importantly, you’ll help create the standards, energy and accountability needed for the office to consistently perform.
Key responsibilities
- Winning new instructions and helping grow the branch’s local market share
- Converting valuation opportunities into well-priced, saleable listings
- Developing strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Driving sales performance and ensuring opportunities are followed through
- Coaching and motivating team members to improve results
- Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the sales process
- Supporting negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Identifying new business opportunities across the local area
What will help you succeed
You’ll already have a strong understanding of residential estate agency and a track record of producing results in a sales-focused role.
Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Valuer, Senior Negotiator or experienced Lister could all be relevant if you’re ready to take greater ownership of performance.
You’ll be commercially minded, confident winning instructions and comfortable setting high standards for yourself and others. Most importantly, you’ll have the ambition to help build a successful office rather than simply maintain one.
What’s on offer
£35,000 basic salary + commission
Alongside the package, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a position where your performance can directly influence both your earnings and your career progression.
If you’re currently working in estate agency around Stratford-upon-Avon and feel you could achieve more with the right business behind you, this is a conversation worth having.
