Sales Progressor

Location: Warwick
Package:  £29,000
Industry: Residential Sales

Contract Type: Full Time / Perm

Experience Essential

Driving License Essential
Office Based With External Appointments

If you’re an experienced Sales Progressor who enjoys keeping deals moving, solving problems before they become fall-throughs and being the person everyone relies on to get a sale over the line, this could be a very worthwhile move.

This is an opportunity to join a property business in Warwick where your ability to manage a pipeline properly will be valued.

Rather than simply chasing updates, you’ll take ownership of transactions, build strong relationships with everyone involved and play a key part in delivering a smooth experience from offer agreed through to completion.

Why consider this role?

Good Sales Progressors make an enormous difference to an estate agency business. This position gives you the chance to focus on exactly that – keeping momentum in the pipeline, communicating clearly with clients and third parties, and helping more agreed sales successfully reach completion.

You’ll have plenty of contact with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agency colleagues, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the transaction and taking responsibility for making things happen.

The role

You’ll manage a portfolio of agreed sales from memorandum of sale through to completion, keeping every party informed and identifying potential problems early.

Your focus will be on progressing transactions efficiently while delivering the kind of communication that keeps clients reassured throughout what can often be a stressful part of moving home.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing an active pipeline of property sales through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers
  • Keeping clients regularly updated throughout their transaction
  • Identifying delays or potential issues and taking action to keep sales moving
  • Working closely with the branch team to maximise successful completions
  • Maintaining accurate records and clear transaction notes
  • Managing expectations professionally when chains or timescales change
  • Helping reduce fall-throughs through proactive progression and communication

What will help you succeed?

You’ll ideally already have experience within sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing or a closely related property role.

More importantly, you’ll be organised, persistent and confident speaking with different parties to establish exactly what is happening with a transaction. You’ll know when to chase, when to escalate and how to keep clients informed without creating unnecessary pressure.

If you’re currently progressing property sales and feel your knowledge, organisation and contribution deserve to be properly recognised, this role is well worth exploring.

What’s on offer?

  • Salary up to £29,000
  • Warwick location
  • A role where your contribution directly impacts successful completions
  • The opportunity to build on your property and transaction management experience
  • A position suited to an experienced Sales Progressor looking for their next long-term move
