Are you an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, but wants a role where you can genuinely take ownership of your portfolio?

This is a great opportunity to join an established property business in Wolverhampton where good service, organisation and sensible property management are valued. Rather than simply working through an endless task list, you’ll be trusted to manage your portfolio properly, solve problems and make sure landlords and tenants receive the level of service they expect.

Why this opportunity is worth exploring

If you’re already working in property management, you’ll know that the company you work for can make a huge difference to how enjoyable the job is.

You’ll be joining a business that wants an experienced Property Manager who can take responsibility, build relationships and keep things running smoothly – with a salary of £30,000 for the right person.

It could be an ideal move if you enjoy property management but are ready for a fresh environment where your experience will be recognised and you can become an important part of the team.

The role

You’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties across Wolverhampton and the surrounding area, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.

Your focus will be on keeping tenancies running smoothly, dealing with issues before they become bigger problems and ensuring clients feel confident that their properties are in safe hands.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing your own portfolio of residential properties
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and working with contractors to resolve issues efficiently
  • Managing tenancy renewals, inspections and deposit-related matters
  • Keeping landlords informed and providing practical advice when required
  • Ensuring property and tenancy records remain accurate and up to date
  • Handling problems professionally and finding sensible solutions
  • Helping deliver a consistently high standard of property management service

What will help you succeed

Previous experience within residential property management will be important, along with the ability to organise a busy workload and confidently deal with landlords, tenants and contractors.

You’ll be someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be chased, stays calm when problems arise and understands that great property management is ultimately about communication, trust and getting things resolved.

What’s on offer

  • £30,000 salary
  • Wolverhampton location
  • The opportunity to manage and take ownership of your own portfolio
  • An established property environment where your experience will be valued
  • A role with plenty of client contact and variety
  • The chance to build your career within residential property management
