The role


You will take ownership of generating and converting valuation opportunities across Lichfield and the surrounding area.

The focus will be on building strong relationships with prospective vendors, winning quality instructions and helping the branch continue its strong performance.



Key responsibilities


  • Carrying out property valuations and market appraisal appointments
  • Winning new instructions by clearly demonstrating the value of the agency
  • Building long-term relationships with vendors and local homeowners
  • Following up valuation opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Advising clients on pricing, marketing and local market conditions
  • Working closely with the wider branch team to drive listings and sales
  • Identifying new business opportunities across the local area
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of future instructions



What will help you succeed


You will already have experience within estate agency, ideally in a Valuer, Lister or senior sales role.

You should be confident in front of vendors, commercially aware and able to turn a strong valuation appointment into a signed instruction. Local knowledge of Lichfield would be useful, but your ability to build trust, communicate value and deliver results will be more important.
