If you’re already working in estate agency and feel your earning potential has started to level off, this could be the move that changes that.

We’re recruiting for a well-established Nottingham estate agency with a strong local reputation and market presence. They’re looking for a Sales Negotiator who wants more than simply another similar role – someone who wants the opportunity to increase their earnings, develop their skills and build a genuine career within a successful business.

Why this company is different

This is a business that has built a strong name in the Nottingham property market and gives its negotiators the platform to perform.

You’ll be joining a high-performing team where good results are recognised and rewarded, with a £27,500 basic salary and realistic OTE of £38,000+.

Just as importantly, there is genuine investment in training and development. If you have ambitions to progress your estate agency career rather than stay at the same level indefinitely, you’ll have the support and opportunity to do exactly that.

The role

You’ll play a key part in turning enquiries, valuations and viewings into successful sales, delivering a great experience for buyers and sellers while maximising every commercial opportunity.

This is ideal for someone who already understands residential estate agency and enjoys the competitive, people-focused side of the job.

Key responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers from first enquiry through to completion
  • Matching applicants with the right properties and converting opportunities into viewings and offers
  • Negotiating effectively to secure the best possible outcome for clients
  • Following up leads consistently and identifying opportunities to generate additional business
  • Keeping vendors informed and helping maintain momentum throughout the sales process
  • Contributing to branch targets and the continued growth of the business

What will help you succeed

You’ll ideally already have experience within residential estate agency and understand what separates an average negotiator from a top performer.

You’ll be commercially minded, confident speaking with customers and motivated by achieving results. Most importantly, you’ll want to work somewhere where your effort can translate into stronger earnings and longer-term progression.

What’s on offer

  • £27,500 basic salary
  • £38,000+ OTE
  • Strong earning potential for successful performers
  • Established Nottingham brand with an excellent local reputation
  • High-performing and supportive team
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Genuine opportunity for career progression
  • The chance to build your career with a business that has a strong position in its local market

If you’re currently working in estate agency and wondering whether there’s a better opportunity available in Nottingham, this is certainly worth a conversation.
