Join a respected local employer with a strong reputation
A good Sales Negotiator can work for almost any estate agency. The real question is whether your next move gives you a better platform, stronger support and greater confidence in the business you represent.
This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded employer in Hinckley with a strong local reputation. You will be representing a trusted name, working with a supportive team and building your career in a business that values high standards, genuine customer service and long-term relationships.
Why this company is different
Reputation matters in estate agency. It helps win instructions, builds trust with buyers and sellers, and gives negotiators more confidence in every conversation.
Here, you will be joining a respected local business where the brand already carries weight in the market. Rather than having to overcome poor service or weak local awareness, you can focus on building relationships, creating opportunities and delivering the level of service that generates recommendations and repeat business.
The role
As Sales Negotiator, you will play an important part in turning enquiries into viewings, offers and successful completions.
You will speak with buyers, understand what they are looking for and guide them through the process, while ensuring every suitable opportunity is followed up professionally. You will also work closely with vendors and colleagues to keep momentum high and provide a consistently positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Qualifying applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Following up enquiries and maximising every sales opportunity
- Negotiating offers confidently and professionally
- Keeping clients informed throughout the sales process
- Maintaining accurate records and progressing activity through the system
- Supporting the wider branch in achieving its sales targets
What will help you succeed
You will ideally have previous estate agency or property sales experience, although strong sales experience from another customer-focused environment may also be considered.
You are likely to do well in this role if you are personable, commercially aware and comfortable building rapport quickly. You should enjoy working towards targets without losing sight of the customer experience, and be confident taking ownership of opportunities from first enquiry through to offer.
A full UK driving licence may be required depending on the branch setup.
What is on offer
- £27,500 basic salary
- Commission on top of your basic salary
- The opportunity to join a respected local employer
- A role where your performance can directly increase your earnings
- Support from an established team
- The chance to build your career with a trusted name in the Hinckley property market
