Are you already working in lettings and wondering whether your current role is really taking you anywhere?
This is an opportunity to join a successful Leamington Spa agency where you can build stronger relationships, earn additional income through bonus and develop your career in a busy local property market.
Rather than simply moving from one similar role to another, you will have the chance to become a trusted part of the lettings team, take greater ownership of your results and be recognised for the contribution you make.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
You will be joining an established lettings operation with a strong presence in Leamington Spa and a steady flow of landlords, tenants and available properties.
The role offers a £26,000 basic salary plus bonus, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you deliver results. You will also gain valuable experience across the full lettings process, helping you strengthen your commercial skills and progress within the property industry.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will help applicants find the right home while ensuring landlords receive a responsive, professional service.
You will manage enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings, follow up with applicants and negotiate tenancy offers. Just as importantly, you will build relationships, identify opportunities and help keep the lettings pipeline moving.
- Turning new enquiries into viewings, applications and agreed tenancies
- Helping applicants find suitable homes while maximising every opportunity
- Conducting professional, engaging property viewings
- Following up promptly with applicants and landlords
- Negotiating tenancy terms and progressing successful applications
- Building lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping the lettings process organised
- Supporting the wider team in achieving branch targets
What Will Help You Succeed
You may already have experience in residential lettings, estate agency, property or another target-led customer service role.
You will be confident speaking with people, comfortable working towards results and motivated by the opportunity to earn bonus. A proactive approach, strong organisation and the ability to build trust will be more important than simply ticking boxes.
A full UK driving licence is required.
