Are you already working in property and wondering whether your current role is giving you enough room to progress?
This Lettings Negotiator opportunity in Warwick offers the chance to join a well-established agency where you can build stronger local market knowledge, develop your commercial skills and play a visible part in the continued success of the lettings team.
Rather than simply moving from one similar role to another, this is an opportunity to join a business that values high standards, trusted client relationships and people who want to build a long-term career in property.
Why consider this opportunity?
You will be joining a respected local agency with an established presence in Warwick and a strong understanding of the local rental market.
The business is looking for someone who wants more than a routine lettings position. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of applicant relationships, contribute directly to branch performance and strengthen your experience across the full lettings process.
It is a role where your results will be noticed, your local knowledge will grow and your ability to create new business will make a genuine difference.
The role
As Lettings Negotiator, you will help landlords secure the right tenants while supporting applicants throughout their search for a new home.
You will manage enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate offers and keep tenancies progressing smoothly from initial interest through to move-in.
The focus is not simply on completing tasks. It is about delivering a responsive service, identifying opportunities and helping the branch convert more enquiries into successful tenancies.
Key responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Matching tenants with suitable properties
- Conducting engaging, well-prepared viewings
- Negotiating offers and securing agreed tenancies
- Following up enquiries quickly and consistently
- Keeping landlords informed throughout the process
- Generating market appraisals and new business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and progressing applications efficiently
What will help you succeed?
You will ideally have previous experience within lettings, estate agency, property or a closely related sales environment.
You should be confident speaking with customers, comfortable working towards targets and able to keep several property transactions moving at the same time.
A proactive approach, strong local awareness and the ability to turn conversations into opportunities will be particularly valuable.
A full UK driving licence is likely to be required.
What is on offer?
- Package of £28,000
- Established Warwick agency
- Opportunity to strengthen your lettings experience
- Scope to develop your earning potential and career
- Varied role with direct influence on branch results
