You will have the opportunity to build your local profile, strengthen your sales skills and become a trusted point of contact for buyers and sellers across Market Harborough.
The role
As Sales Negotiator, you will manage applicants from their initial enquiry through to an agreed sale. You will uncover what buyers are genuinely looking for, match them with suitable properties and maximise every opportunity to generate viewings and offers.

Key responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Matching applicants with suitable properties
- Generating and conducting productive viewings
- Following up enquiries and identifying sales opportunities
- Negotiating offers confidently and professionally

- Contributing towards branch targets and new business growth
What will help you succeed?
Previous estate agency experience would be a strong advantage, particularly within residential sales. You should enjoy speaking with people, be comfortable working towards targets and have the confidence to ask the right questions.
A proactive approach, good local knowledge and the ability to provide a memorable customer experience will help you stand out.
A full UK driving licence is likely to be required.
