Are you already working in estate agency but feel ready for a role where your effort, local knowledge and ability to build relationships will be properly valued?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established estate agency in Wigston, working with a supportive team that takes pride in delivering a personal service and achieving strong results. You will have the chance to build your reputation locally, develop your sales skills and play an important part in the continued success of the branch.

Why this opportunity stands out

You will be joining a business where you can make a visible impact rather than feeling like just another number.

The branch offers a strong platform for an ambitious Sales Negotiator who wants greater responsibility, recognition for their results and the opportunity to develop their career.

You will work in a customer-focused environment where building trust matters just as much as achieving targets.

The role

As Sales Negotiator, you will guide buyers and sellers through one of the biggest decisions they will make.

You will create new business opportunities, build lasting relationships and help keep sales moving from the first enquiry through to completion.

The role combines customer service, sales ability and local market knowledge, giving you plenty of scope to influence both your own earnings and the performance of the branch.

Key responsibilities

  • Turning enquiries into viewings, valuations and agreed sales
  • Helping buyers find the right property while maximising every sales opportunity
  • Building strong relationships with sellers and keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Negotiating offers confidently to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Following up viewings and maintaining momentum across every instruction
  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business and increase market share
  • Supporting sales progression and helping transactions reach completion
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering a consistently professional service

What will help you succeed

You will ideally have previous estate agency or property sales experience, although candidates from a strong targeted sales background may also be considered.

You will be confident speaking with customers, comfortable working towards targets and able to remain organised when managing several buyers and properties at once.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will be required.

What is on offer

  • Salary package of up to £27,000
  • A position with an established local estate agency
  • Support from an experienced branch team
  • The opportunity to develop your property career
  • Recognition for your individual contribution and results
  • A customer-focused environment where quality service is valued

This role would suit someone who enjoys estate agency but wants a fresh environment, more recognition and a clearer opportunity to build their career.
