The role
You will manage buyers from their first enquiry through to an agreed sale, while helping vendors achieve the best possible outcome for their property.
The focus will be on delivering a professional, personal service while identifying every opportunity to generate viewings, offers and completed transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
- Qualifying applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Creating well-planned viewing opportunities that lead to offers
- Negotiating confidently between buyers and vendors
- Progressing agreed sales and keeping all parties informed
- Following up enquiries and maintaining a strong pipeline
- Identifying opportunities for valuations, instructions and additional services
- Contributing to the performance and reputation of the branch
What will help you succeed?
You will suit this role if you are confident speaking with customers, commercially aware and motivated by achieving results.
Previous estate agency or property sales experience would be valuable, particularly if you already understand the Wolverhampton market. You should also be organised, proactive and comfortable managing several buyers, sellers and transactions at once.
A full UK driving licence may be required depending on the branch setup.
