The Role
As Lettings Manager, you'll take ownership of the lettings operation, leading by example while ensuring clients and landlords receive an exceptional service from instruction through to move-in and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Grow the lettings business by winning new instructions and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants throughout the lettings journey.
- Maximise business opportunities across valuations, negotiations and property management.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to drive continued growth.
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures.
- Build lasting relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain high professional standards and create a positive, motivated team culture.

- Previous experience managing a successful residential lettings team.
