The Role


Working alongside a friendly, collaborative team, you will take ownership of a well-maintained local portfolio. Rather than just reacting to tasks, you will be empowered to drive long-term client retention, protect landlord investments, and ensure an exceptional experience for every tenant.



What You Will Be Doing


  • Overseeing portfolio health to drive client retention and maximize overall branch profitability.
  • Managing property maintenance with a proactive approach, partnering with trusted local contractors.
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants to secure smooth tenancy renewals.
  • Protecting landlord assets by ensuring total compliance with Gas Safety certificates and EPCs.
  • Resolving deposit returns fairly by applying expert negotiation skills between parties.
  • Acting as a key point of contact in the office, delivering an engaging customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Streamlining administrative workflows to keep portfolio operations running seamlessly.
