The Role
As Sales Progressor, you'll be responsible for managing a busy portfolio of agreed sales, ensuring all parties remain informed while identifying and overcoming any obstacles that could delay completion.
Your ability to build relationships, stay organised and communicate effectively will be key to keeping transactions on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of agreed property sales from offer through to completion.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may delay a transaction.
- Keep all parties updated with regular progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Work closely with negotiators to maximise successful completions.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and industry requirements.
