The Role


As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in matching buyers with their next home while helping vendors achieve the best possible outcome. You'll be part of a collaborative team that celebrates success and delivers an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion.



Key Responsibilities


  • Build relationships with buyers and vendors, delivering outstanding service throughout the sales journey.
  • Arrange and accompany property viewings, creating opportunities to secure offers.
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and maximise every enquiry.
  • Keep buyers and sellers fully informed throughout the transaction.
  • Work closely with colleagues to help the office achieve its sales targets.



What Will Help You Succeed


  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or within residential estate agency.
  • A proactive approach with a genuine passion for property and customer service.
  • Confidence building relationships and negotiating successfully.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
