The Role


As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in generating new business, progressing sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.


You'll work closely with clients, build lasting relationships, and help drive the continued success of the branch.



Key Responsibilities


  • Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties
  • Identifying opportunities to generate instructions and referrals
  • Progressing sales and maintaining regular communication throughout the transaction
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage
  • Contributing to branch targets and overall business growth



What Will Help You Succeed?


  • Previous experience within residential estate agency
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Confidence when dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine passion for property and customer service
  • Full UK driving licence
