Be part of the team that keeps property transactions moving
A great sales progression team can be the difference between a sale completing smoothly and a chain falling apart. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships and seeing transactions successfully through to completion, this is an opportunity to play a vital role within a busy and professional property business.
This position offers the chance to become a key point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers, helping to keep momentum in the sales process while delivering a first-class customer experience.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

- Stable, full-time position based in Northampton.
- Supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Opportunity to develop your property industry knowledge and career.
- Varied role with genuine responsibility and ownership.
- The satisfaction of helping customers successfully move home.
