Are you a confident Lettings Negotiator who enjoys matching great tenants with the right homes, building relationships with landlords, and keeping the pace moving in a busy lettings environment?
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent property business in Northampton, known for its strong local presence, supportive team culture, and professional approach to residential lettings. As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving lettings activity, managing enquiries, arranging viewings, supporting landlords and tenants, and helping the branch continue to grow its market share across Northampton and the surrounding area.
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into successful lets
- Supporting property marketing and ensuring listings are accurate and appealing
- Keeping lettings administration, compliance, and CRM records up to date
- Working closely with the wider branch team to deliver a smooth lettings process
What you’ll bring
You’ll have previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency, with the confidence to speak to clients, manage a busy diary, and spot opportunities. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in property will be key.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle will be required, along with a professional approach and the ability to work well as part of a close-knit branch team.
