The team is known for delivering a personal, professional service across residential lettings and property management, supporting landlords, tenants, and applicants throughout the rental process.


As Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving lettings activity, creating a positive applicant experience, and helping the branch maintain strong occupancy levels across its managed and let-only portfolio.



The Role


You will be the first point of contact for many applicants and landlords, so confidence, organisation, and a friendly approach will be essential. This role would suit someone already working in lettings, or a property professional with strong customer service and sales ability who is ready to progress within the sector.



Daily tasks will include:


  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings across Coventry and surrounding areas
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Supporting move-ins and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
  • Keeping landlords updated on viewing feedback and market activity
  • Promoting available properties across online portals and internal systems
  • Building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Working closely with the wider lettings and property management team
  • Helping to maintain compliance standards throughout the lettings process



What We’re Looking For


The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with people, comfortable working towards targets, and motivated by delivering a great service. You will need to be organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-moving lettings environment.


Previous lettings experience would be highly beneficial, although a strong background in estate agency, customer service, sales, or property administration could also be considered.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be advantageous due to the nature of the role.
