You’ll be joining a respected independent property business with a strong presence across the local market. As Sales Progressor, you’ll take ownership of agreed sales, working closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and branch colleagues. You’ll be the link between all parties, ensuring communication is clear, issues are tackled early, and clients feel informed throughout the process.
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Progressing residential property sales from offer accepted through to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and surveyors
- Keeping clients updated and reassured throughout the sales process
- Identifying potential delays and working proactively to resolve them
- Maintaining accurate notes and updates on internal systems
- Supporting negotiators and branch colleagues with sale-related queries
- Chasing documentation, searches, mortgage offers, and legal updates
- Helping to deliver a smooth, professional customer experience
What you’ll bring
You’ll have experience in estate agency, sales progression, conveyancing support, or another property-related role where communication and organisation are key. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple cases at once, confident speaking with clients and professionals, and calm when dealing with pressure.
You’ll need strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to keep conversations moving in a positive and professional way. Knowledge of the residential sales process will be a real advantage.
