The Role
As Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key part in helping landlords secure quality tenants and supporting applicants in finding the right property. You will be involved from first enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout.
Daily Tasks Will Include
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Following up with prospective tenants and providing feedback to landlords
- Negotiating offers and progressing applications
- Supporting tenancy progression and move-in preparation
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and local contacts
- Keeping property listings accurate and up to date
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve branch goals
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage
What We’re Looking For
You will be a motivated and personable property professional with experience in residential lettings, estate agency, or a closely related customer-facing sales environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the confidence to work with landlords and tenants are essential.
A good understanding of the lettings process would be advantageous, along with a positive attitude and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced branch environment.
