Are you a confident Sales Negotiator who knows how to turn interest into instructions, viewings into offers, and conversations into long-term client relationships?
This is a great opportunity to join an established independent estate agency in Kenilworth, working within a busy, well-regarded residential sales team. The business has a strong local presence, a loyal client base, and a supportive branch environment where quality service, local knowledge, and results matter.
You will play a key part in helping buyers find their next home, supporting sellers through the sales process, and contributing to the continued growth of a respected agency in the local property market.
The Role
As Sales Negotiator, you will be involved in the full residential sales journey, from speaking with new applicants and arranging viewings through to negotiating offers and progressing agreed sales. This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and being part of a team that takes pride in delivering a professional service.

You will also bring:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, or Property Negotiator
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive approach to generating business and following up leads
- Good local market awareness or the ability to quickly build it
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A professional, organised, and customer-focused approach
Why This Role Stands Out
You will be joining a business that values people who are proactive, personable, and commercially aware. The branch offers a strong platform for a Sales Negotiator who wants to develop their career, work with quality property stock, and make a genuine impact within a successful local agency.
