Are you a confident Lettings Negotiator who enjoys building relationships, matching tenants with the right homes and keeping a busy lettings pipeline moving? The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key part in helping landlords and tenants move smoothly through the lettings process. You will be involved from the first enquiry through to viewings, offers, applications and move-in preparation, ensuring every client receives clear communication and a professional service.
You will be joining a respected property agency with a strong local presence, a loyal landlord base and a team culture built around collaboration, accountability and getting results.
Daily Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings across Loughborough and surrounding areas
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Following up enquiries and maintaining regular contact with applicants
- Supporting landlords with market updates and feedback
- Progressing tenancies from application through to move-in
- Keeping property details, applicant records and compliance notes up to date
- Working closely with colleagues to maximise lettings opportunities
- Delivering a professional, friendly experience for tenants and landlords
What We’re Looking For
You will ideally have experience in lettings, estate agency or a customer-facing property role. A confident telephone manner, strong organisation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly will be essential.
You should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment, managing a varied workload and representing the business professionally at viewings and appointments.
A full UK driving licence will be required for this position.
