Package: £29,500
Industry: Residential Lettings
Contract Type: Full Time / Perm
Experience Essential

Office Based With External Appointments
Are you a Property Manager who enjoys keeping tenancies running smoothly, building strong relationships, and being the person landlords and tenants trust to get things done properly?
This is a great opportunity to join an established independent property business in Nottingham, working within a supportive lettings team that values good communication, sound judgement, and a practical approach to property management. The company has built a strong presence across the local property market, supporting landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers with a personal, professional service.
As Property Manager, you will take ownership of a managed portfolio and play a key role in delivering a reliable, well-organised lettings service. You will be the link between landlords, tenants, contractors and the wider lettings team, helping to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent standards.
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments
- Handling property inspections and following up on any actions required
- Managing tenancy-related queries with professionalism and care
- Liaising with landlords regarding works, approvals and updates
- Ensuring compliance processes are followed correctly
- Supporting smooth tenancy renewals, move-ins and move-outs
- Keeping property records and system notes accurate and up to date
- Working closely with the lettings team to deliver a joined-up service
What you’ll bring
You will have previous experience in residential lettings or property management and understand the pace, variety and responsibility that comes with managing rental properties. Strong organisation, confident communication and the ability to remain calm when dealing with competing priorities will be essential.
You will also be comfortable speaking with landlords, tenants and contractors, and you will take pride in resolving issues properly rather than simply passing them on.
Why this role stands out
This is a hands-on Property Manager role where your work will make a genuine difference to the service landlords and tenants receive. You will be joining a settled property business with local market knowledge, a professional lettings operation and a team-focused culture.
For an experienced Property Manager in Nottingham who wants stability, variety and the chance to manage a quality portfolio, this is a role well worth exploring.
