The Role
You'll play a key role in helping landlords secure quality tenants while guiding applicants through the rental process from enquiry to move-in.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to build relationships, generate business, and contribute directly to the continued success of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Conducting viewings and converting interest into lets
- Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
- Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Progressing tenancies through to successful move-in
- Identifying opportunities to win additional instructions
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings journey
What Will Help You Succeed
- Previous experience within residential lettings, estate agency, or property
- A proactive and target-driven approach
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
