Are you a confident Sales Negotiator who knows how to turn enquiries into viewings, viewings into offers, and offers into successful completions? This role would suit an ambitious property professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering a standout service to buyers and sellers across the Lichfield market.



The Role


As Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting the branch’s residential sales activity, helping clients move with confidence while ensuring every opportunity is followed up properly. You will be part of a supportive team where your local knowledge, communication skills, and ability to close deals will make a real impact.



Daily Responsibilities


  • Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
  • Arranging and conducting viewings where required
  • Following up enquiries, viewings, and offers promptly
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Supporting vendors with regular market feedback
  • Building strong relationships with applicants, clients, and local contacts
  • Keeping the CRM updated with accurate notes and activity
  • Working closely with valuers and branch colleagues to maximise instructions and sales
  • Progressing sales conversations with confidence and professionalism
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the moving journey



What We’re Looking For


You will ideally have experience in estate agency sales and a genuine passion for property. You’ll be proactive, personable, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust quickly will be key to your success.


A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle will be required.
