Are you a confident Lettings Negotiator who enjoys turning enquiries into viewings, viewings into lets, and great service into long-term client relationships?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful residential property business in Coventry, working with a busy lettings team that values pace, professionalism, and genuine customer care. The company has built a strong local presence across the property market, supporting landlords and tenants with a service-led approach and a clear focus on continued growth.
As Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in matching quality tenants with the right homes, supporting landlords through the lettings journey, and helping the branch continue to grow its market share across Coventry and the surrounding areas.
What you will be doing
- Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Booking and carrying out property viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Following up enquiries and maintaining regular contact with applicants
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and local property contacts
- Supporting the marketing of available rental properties
- Keeping records up to date on the CRM system
- Helping to achieve lettings targets through proactive, organised working
- Providing a professional, helpful service from first enquiry through to move-in
What we are looking for
You will be well suited to this role if you have experience in residential lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing sales environment. A confident telephone manner, strong organisation skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly will be key.
You should be motivated by results, comfortable working in a fast-moving branch environment, and keen to develop your career within the Coventry lettings market.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle will be required.
