Are you a confident Sales Negotiator who knows how to build trust, win business and keep a sale moving? This is a great opportunity to join an established independent estate agency with a strong local presence, supportive leadership and genuine room to develop.
You’ll be part of a busy residential sales team, helping buyers and sellers through the full property journey while building long-term relationships across the Stafford market.
The role will involve:
- Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting viewings and providing helpful, honest feedback
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Generating valuations and supporting new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, solicitors and mortgage advisers
- Keeping property details, applicant records and marketing activity up to date
What we’re looking for:
You’ll already have experience in estate agency sales and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. You’ll need strong communication skills, local market awareness and the confidence to handle negotiations professionally.
A full UK driving licence is required.
