Are you an estate agency Sales Negotiator who enjoys winning business, building strong relationships and helping buyers find the right home? This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent property business with a strong local presence, a supportive team and a busy sales pipeline.
You’ll be part of a respected estate agency team covering the Market Harborough area, working with buyers, sellers and colleagues to keep sales moving and deliver a standout customer experience from first enquiry through to completion.
What you’ll be doing
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Progressing sales and keeping clients updated
- Building strong relationships with vendors, purchasers and local contacts
- Supporting valuations, market appraisals and new instructions
- Keeping property details and applicant records accurate
- Contributing to branch targets and overall team success
What we’re looking for
You’ll have experience in estate agency sales, a confident telephone manner and the ability to build trust quickly with clients. You’ll be proactive, organised and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in the local property market.
A full UK driving licence is required.
