This is an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join an established independent property business with a strong presence across the local residential market. You’ll be part of a supportive branch team, helping landlords and tenants move smoothly through the lettings process while developing your confidence, knowledge and results.



What you’ll be doing day to day


  • Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
  • Keeping in touch with active applicants and matching them to suitable homes
  • Supporting tenancy progression and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
  • Helping generate new lettings opportunities through excellent service
  • Working closely with the wider branch team to meet shared goals



What you’ll bring


You’ll be confident speaking with people, organised in your approach and motivated by delivering a great customer experience. Previous lettings or estate agency experience would be ideal, although strong sales or customer service experience within a fast-paced environment will also be considered.

A driving licence is essential.
