Are you a confident Lettings Negotiator who enjoys building relationships, moving fast, and turning enquiries into successful tenancies?
This is a great opportunity to join an established independent property business with a strong local presence across residential sales and lettings. You’ll be part of a supportive, knowledgeable team where your ability to connect with landlords and tenants will directly shape the success of the branch.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll help grow the lettings department by generating viewings, securing offers, progressing tenancies, and delivering a smooth experience from first enquiry through to move-in.
Daily tasks will include:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Building relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Progressing lets through referencing and tenancy preparation
- Keeping property records and applicant notes up to date
- Supporting marketing activity for available rental homes
- Working closely with the wider branch team to hit lettings targets
About You
You’ll suit this role if you are motivated, organised, and comfortable speaking with people throughout the day. Previous lettings or estate agency experience would be ideal, but a strong sales or customer service background within property would also be welcomed.
