Are you a confident Sales Negotiator who knows how to build trust, spot opportunities and keep a sale moving from first viewing to completion?
This is a great opportunity to join an established independent estate agency in Warwick, working with a supportive team that understands the local market and values proper customer service. You’ll be helping buyers and sellers make confident decisions, while growing your own reputation in a busy and well-regarded branch.
The Role
As Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key part in generating viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion. You’ll be speaking with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisers, keeping everyone updated and making sure no opportunity is missed.
Daily tasks will include:
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Following up leads and maintaining regular contact with applicants
- Supporting vendors with market updates and feedback
- Progressing sales and liaising with solicitors and other parties
- Contributing to branch targets and team performance
- Building strong relationships across the local Warwick property market
The Person
You’ll suit this role if you’re proactive, professional and comfortable working in a target-driven estate agency environment. Previous residential sales experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in property.
A full UK driving licence will be required.
