What you’ll be achieving


You’ll take ownership of the sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and momentum. With a steady flow of stock and motivated vendors, you’ll be in a strong position to maximise your earnings while building a solid reputation in the local market.



Your day-to-day will include:


  • Registering buyers and understanding their needs to match them with suitable properties
  • Conducting viewings and delivering a confident, knowledgeable experience
  • Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
  • Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors and stakeholders
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Building strong relationships with vendors to maintain trust and communication
  • Keeping property listings accurate and up to date across platforms
  • Contributing to a positive, driven team environment

You’ll already have experience within estate agency, ideally in a sales negotiator role, and be confident in managing your own pipeline.
