Are you a confident Lettings Negotiator who enjoys matching tenants with the right homes and helping landlords get the best from their investment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, well-established independent property business with a strong local presence across Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas.
You’ll be part of a supportive lettings team where your people skills, organisation and drive will make a real impact. From generating viewings to progressing applications, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional lettings experience.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Registering tenants and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and carrying out lettings viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Progressing applications through referencing and move-in stages
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local contacts
- Keeping property listings accurate and well-presented
- Supporting the wider lettings team with enquiries and diary management
- Ensuring a compliant, professional service throughout the lettings process
What you’ll bring:
You’ll have previous lettings or estate agency experience, a confident telephone manner and a genuine interest in property. Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to build rapport quickly will help you succeed.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
