The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key part in supporting buyers, sellers, and the wider branch team. You will be involved in the full sales journey, helping clients feel informed, reassured, and excited about their next move.

You will be joining an established property business with strong local knowledge, a loyal client base, and a team-focused approach. The environment is professional, proactive, and ideal for someone who wants to develop their estate agency career while earning commission for strong performance.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

  • Registering and qualifying buyers to understand their property needs
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings across Kettering and surrounding areas
  • Following up enquiries, viewings, and offers with confidence and pace
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Supporting vendors with regular feedback and market updates
  • Building strong relationships with clients, applicants, and local contacts
  • Matching buyers to suitable properties and generating viewing opportunities
  • Working closely with the wider sales team to progress deals
  • Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
  • Delivering a professional, helpful, and proactive service throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be personable, organised, and motivated by results. Previous estate agency experience would be ideal, particularly within residential sales, but attitude, communication skills, and local market awareness are just as important.

You should be confident speaking with clients, comfortable working to targets, and able to manage a busy workload while keeping service standards high. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be expected for this type of role.
