The Role


As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the residential sales process, helping buyers find the right home and supporting sellers through one of the biggest decisions they will make. You will learn how to manage enquiries, build relationships, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and deliver the kind of service that keeps clients recommending the business.


This role would suit an ambitious estate agency professional or someone with strong business-related customer service experience who is ready to transfer those skills into a fast-paced property sales environment.



What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day


  • Registering buyers and understanding their property search requirements
  • Matching applicants to suitable homes across Nottinghamshire
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Following up with buyers and providing clear, useful feedback to vendors
  • Negotiating offers and helping secure successful sales
  • Building trusted relationships with clients, applicants and local contacts
  • Supporting the branch team with sales progression and general office activity
  • Keeping property records, applicant notes and diary systems accurate
  • Working towards personal and branch targets
  • Delivering a professional, proactive and polished service throughout the sales journey



What We’re Looking For


Applications are welcome from experienced Sales Negotiators, Estate Agents, Property Consultants or Lettings Negotiators looking to move into residential sales.


Trainee applicants will also be considered, provided they have strong customer service experience in a business-focused environment. You may have worked in a client-facing sales, account management, hospitality, retail management, automotive, financial services or professional services setting where communication, organisation and commercial awareness are essential.


You will need to be confident speaking with clients, comfortable working to targets and motivated by the opportunity to build a long-term career in estate agency. A professional approach, strong work ethic and genuine interest in the property market will be key.


A driving licence and access to your own car will be required.
