Are you an ambitious Sales Negotiator who knows how to turn enquiries into viewings, viewings into offers, and offers into successful completions? You’ll be part of a busy, supportive sales team where your communication skills, local knowledge, and ability to build trust with buyers and sellers will make a real impact. The Role


As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key part in helping clients move successfully. You’ll be speaking with buyers, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and keeping sales moving by maintaining regular contact with all parties.


This is a hands-on role where you’ll be encouraged to build strong relationships, spot opportunities, and contribute to the continued success of the branch.



Daily responsibilities will include:


  • Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings
  • Providing viewing feedback to vendors
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Maintaining regular contact with applicants, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage advisers
  • Supporting the sales progression process where required
  • Booking valuations and identifying new business opportunities
  • Keeping property records and CRM notes accurate and up to date
  • Delivering a professional, helpful service throughout the customer journey
  • Working closely with the wider branch team to achieve sales targets



What We’re Looking For


You’ll be confident, motivated, and comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life. Previous estate agency experience would be highly beneficial, although candidates from a strong sales or customer-focused background may also be considered.


You’ll need to be well organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload while keeping the customer experience at the centre of everything you do.



You’ll Bring:


  • Experience in estate agency sales, property sales, or a target-driven customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A professional and personable approach
  • The confidence to build rapport quickly with buyers and sellers
  • Good local knowledge of Nottingham and surrounding areas
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in residential property
