The Opportunity


Are you a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people, building rapport, and playing a key part in helping buyers find their next home?


This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and personable Accompanied Viewer to join a well-established independent estate agency in Nottingham.


You’ll be the face candidates, buyers, and sellers meet out on appointments, delivering a polished viewing experience while supporting the sales team with valuable feedback and local insight.


This role is ideal for someone with estate agency experience, property viewing experience, or a strong customer-facing background who wants to build a career in residential property.



What You’ll Be Doing


You’ll help create a smooth, professional viewing journey for buyers while giving vendors confidence that their property is being presented at its best. Working closely with the branch team, you’ll ensure every appointment is handled with care, accuracy, and enthusiasm.



Daily Tasks Will Include


  • Conducting accompanied viewings at residential properties across Nottingham and surrounding areas
  • Building rapport with prospective buyers and answering property-related questions confidently
  • Presenting homes in the best possible light during each appointment
  • Gathering detailed viewing feedback and sharing updates with the sales team
  • Supporting negotiators with buyer interest, next steps, and follow-up opportunities
  • Managing your diary efficiently and keeping appointments running smoothly
  • Maintaining a professional, friendly, and well-presented approach at all times
  • Acting as a trusted representative of the agency when meeting clients and applicants



What We’re Looking For


You’ll be reliable, confident, and comfortable working independently while staying closely connected to the wider branch team. A genuine interest in property, strong people skills, and a helpful approach will be essential.

You’ll bring:


  • Previous experience in estate agency, viewings, sales, lettings, or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • A professional manner and smart presentation
  • Good local knowledge of Nottingham and surrounding areas
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
