As a Property Manager, you’ll be trusted to manage your own portfolio, building lasting relationships with landlords while ensuring tenants receive a professional and responsive service. You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, solving problems, coordinating maintenance, and keeping everything running smoothly.



What you’ll be doing:


  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the local area
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with trusted contractors
  • Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating terms where required
  • Managing rent payments, arrears, and deposit resolutions
  • Ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are consistently adhered to
  • Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships
