As Sales Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the customer journey, helping buyers find the right home while supporting vendors with confidence and professionalism. This is a role for someone who enjoys speaking to people, spotting opportunities and turning interest into deals.
What you’ll be doing
- Registering buyers and building a strong understanding of their property requirements
- Booking and conducting viewings, delivering a professional and engaging experience
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome for all parties
- Progressing sales and keeping communication clear from offer through to completion
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Supporting valuations and helping to convert instructions
- Keeping property details accurate and up to date across internal systems and marketing channels
- Working closely with the wider branch team to maximise every opportunity

- Local knowledge of the Birmingham market would be a real advantage
- A full UK driving licence
