You will be at the centre of the lettings process, building relationships with landlords and tenants, booking and conducting viewings, progressing offers, and helping to keep stock moving in a fast-paced market. You will play a key part in delivering a smooth customer journey while driving new business and repeat instructions.

What you will be doing
You will take ownership of applicant management and help turn enquiries into successful lets. From matching tenants to available properties through to negotiating offers and supporting the progression process, you will be trusted to keep deals moving and service levels high.
Daily tasks include:
- Speaking with new applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Booking and conducting lettings viewings
- Matching tenants to suitable properties and generating interest
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Keeping landlords updated on activity, feedback, and market response
- Progressing lets from agreed offer through to move-in stage
- Building relationships with prospective landlords and identifying new business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance processes are followed
- Working closely with the wider branch team to maximise instructions and lets agreed

- Good local knowledge of the Nottingham market, or the ability to pick it up quickly
- A professional and polished approach with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- A full UK driving licence
