What you’ll be doing day to day:


  • Registering and qualifying new applicants, understanding their needs and motivations
  • Conducting property viewings and delivering a standout customer experience
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
  • Progressing agreed sales through to completion, liaising with all parties
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local contacts
  • Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business generation
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A genuine passion for property and delivering excellent customer service
