Are you a driven Sales Negotiator who thrives on winning instructions, progressing deals, and delivering a brilliant customer experience from first enquiry through to completion? You will play a key part in keeping stock moving, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers, and contributing to the continued success of a busy branch.

What you will be doing
You will be at the heart of the sales operation, helping applicants find the right property, advising vendors with confidence, and ensuring every opportunity is maximised. This is a role for someone who enjoys being visible, proactive, and commercially switched on.
Daily tasks
Registering new applicants and qualifying their requirements in detail
Matching buyers to suitable properties and booking viewings
Conducting viewings and presenting homes in a confident, professional manner
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
Building strong relationships with vendors through regular communication and updates
Progressing agreed sales and keeping all parties informed throughout the journey
Spotting valuation and instruction opportunities and passing them to the wider team
Keeping the CRM up to date and ensuring all notes, feedback, and actions are recorded accurately
Delivering a high standard of service at every stage of the customer journey
Contributing to the energy, targets, and overall success of the branch
What will help you succeed
You will already understand the rhythm of residential sales and know how to keep momentum in a competitive market. You will be confident speaking with applicants and vendors, comfortable negotiating, and motivated by achieving strong results.
A background in estate agency sales will be highly valued, along with a polished approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for property. Local market knowledge would be an advantage, but just as important is the ability to create trust, handle conversations professionally, and stay organised when the branch is busy.
