The Role
As Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers move successfully while building strong relationships throughout the local market.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll be involved in the full sales journey, ensuring every client receives a professional and proactive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating and converting buyer enquiries
- Conducting property viewings and creating memorable customer experiences
- Matching applicants with suitable properties
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales opportunities
- Building relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Keeping clients regularly updated throughout the sales process
- Identifying new business opportunities and valuation leads
- Contributing to the continued growth of the branch
What Will Help You Succeed?
- Previous experience within estate agency sales
- A proactive and organised approach
- Confidence building relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- A genuine passion for property and customer service
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
