Rota Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm with TOIL

This is not a role for someone who just books viewings and waits for the phone to ring.


It is for a Sales Negotiator who understands how to create momentum. Someone who can take an enquiry, build trust quickly, and turn it into a deal that actually gets over the line.


You will be joining a well-established independent agency with a strong local reputation and a consistent flow of business. The environment is busy, the expectations are clear, and the focus is on doing the job properly rather than cutting corners.


You will have the space to make decisions, build relationships, and take ownership of your pipeline from start to finish.



The role


  • Register and qualify buyers properly, not just take details
  • Carry out viewings with confidence and purpose
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
  • Negotiate offers and structure deals that stick
  • Progress sales through to completion and keep control of the chain
  • Identify opportunities to win new instructions and support growth
  • Keep listings accurate, sharp, and commercially positioned
  • Contribute to a focused, target-driven team environment
