A brilliant opportunity for a driven Sales Negotiator who enjoys building relationships, winning instructions, and seeing deals through from first enquiry to completion.


This is a role for someone who thrives in a busy branch environment and wants to be part of a well-established independent property business with a strong local presence, a supportive team culture, and a genuine focus on service. You will play a key part in maintaining momentum across the sales pipeline, delivering a polished customer experience, and helping vendors and buyers move with confidence.


You will be trusted to make an impact from the outset, using your local market knowledge, negotiation skills, and commercial instinct to turn opportunities into successful outcomes. What you will be doing


  • Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements in detail
  • Booking and conducting viewings, delivering a confident and informed presentation
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisers
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales in the best interests of all parties
  • Progressing agreed sales through to completion and keeping clients updated throughout
  • Spotting opportunities to generate new business and support the branch in winning instructions
  • Keeping property details accurate, appealing, and up to date across relevant platforms
  • Contributing to a positive, target-driven team culture within the office



What will help you succeed


  • Experience in estate agency sales
  • A confident, professional approach with strong communication skills
  • A natural ability to build rapport and handle negotiation effectively
  • Good knowledge of the local market and the sales process

  • A full UK driving licence
