Package:  Basic £40k, OTE £60k

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm / Rota Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm

You will work directly with the directors and take full responsibility for how the lettings operation runs day to day.



The role


You will oversee the full lettings function, making sure the business runs efficiently, performs consistently, and continues to grow.


This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be visible, involved, and expected to raise standards.


Your focus will include:


  • Managing the day-to-day lettings operation
  • Leading, supporting, and developing an experienced team
  • Working with the directors to deliver business objectives
  • Reviewing processes and improving how the operation runs
  • Maintaining compliance across all lettings activity
  • Handling escalations and supporting key client relationships
  • Monitoring performance and driving improvement
  • Building a strong, accountable team culture

What you need


  • Proven background in residential lettings
  • Experience managing people, performance, and processes
  • Likely operating as a Lettings Manager, Senior Manager, or similar
  • Strong organisational and decision-making ability
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on improvement
  • Calm, professional approach in a busy environment
  • Good understanding of lettings legislation
