In this role, you will become a key part of the sales team, helping clients move with confidence while building lasting relationships across Leicester. You will be trusted to manage enquiries, match buyers to suitable homes, generate viewings and keep momentum in every deal. This is a role for someone who enjoys the buzz of winning business and takes pride in delivering a smooth, well-managed customer journey.
What you will be doing
- Registering buyers and building a clear understanding of their needs
- Matching applicants to suitable properties and generating viewings
- Conducting viewings and converting interest into offers
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome
- Keeping regular contact with vendors, buyers and solicitors to progress sales
- Prospecting for new business and helping to win future instructions
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM and keeping pipelines up to date
- Delivering a polished, professional service at every stage of the sales process
