You will be joining a respected property business with a solid footprint in the local market, operating across residential sales with a close-knit and professional team environment. What you’ll be doing


  • Registering applicants and building a strong understanding of their requirements
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Progressing sales through to completion
  • Keeping vendors fully updated with feedback and market insight
  • Generating new business opportunities and supporting instructions
  • Building lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage contacts
  • Ensuring every client receives a polished, proactive service from first enquiry through to completion
