What you will be doing
- Managing a residential portfolio on behalf of landlords
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance issues from first report through to resolution
- Liaising with contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Carrying out property visits and following up on any actions required
- Managing tenancy progression points linked to renewals, notices, and end-of-tenancy matters
- Dealing with compliance-related administration and helping keep files fully up to date
- Working closely with the wider lettings team to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Delivering a service that encourages retention, trust, and repeat business
What will help you succeed
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner
- The ability to juggle a busy workload without losing attention to detail
- Confidence when dealing with maintenance, compliance, and customer service matters
- A proactive approach and the ability to solve problems quickly
- A full UK driving licence would be beneficial
