What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
- Handling tenancy renewals, amendments, and negotiations
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting findings clearly
- Ensuring all properties meet current legislation and compliance standards
- Resolving issues promptly, maintaining a calm and professional approach
- Supporting with deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy processes

- Previous experience in residential lettings or property management
