Admin / Customer Service Experience Essential

This is an opportunity to become the operational backbone of a busy and well-established property business, supporting a high-performing lettings team and ensuring every tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish.


Working within a respected independent agency with a strong local presence, you’ll play a key role in keeping the lettings process compliant, efficient, and customer-focused.


You’ll be trusted to take ownership of administrative workflows while building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.



What you’ll be doing day-to-day:


  • Coordinating tenant and landlord enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Arranging property viewings and supporting the lettings team with scheduling
  • Preparing, issuing, and processing tenancy agreements and related documentation
  • Carrying out compliance checks including Right to Rent and OFSI requirements
  • Managing property maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
  • Maintaining accurate property records and key registers
  • Organising safety certificates and ensuring full compliance across the portfolio
  • Handling tenant notices and tenancy variations
  • Processing invoices and supporting accounts administration
  • Coordinating check-outs and assisting with deposit returns
  • Conducting property visits as required
  • Supporting utilities management for properties



General office support:


  • Answering incoming calls and booking viewings
  • Taking rent and deposit payments
  • Scanning, archiving, and maintaining organised filing systems
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team



What you’ll bring:


  • Experience within the property sector or a strong background in customer service
  • A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, personable manner
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
